TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions govern the commercial relationship between Morocco Quest and the customer. You give us your agreement every time you book a tour package with us. Kindly take all the necessary time to go through all of our terms and conditions and make sure you fully understand them before proceeding with any tour booking.
Reservation
One of our professional travel consultants will start designing your trip once we receive your request and we will get back to you within 24 hours or less. We require a 25% deposit upon confirmation. Once received, we will proceed by all the necessary bookings to secure your trip reservation. Full payment must be done, at the latest, 30 days prior to your arrival unless the reservation is made less than 30 days in advance. We highly advise you to book your tour as soon as possible to allow enough time for itinerary amendments and adjustments. Once your reservation is secured, you will receive our final and detailed confirmation. Specific terms may apply to some deals, discounts, and for children. Please do not hesitate to ask our travel consultants about this.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online credit card
- PayPal
- Western Union transfer
- Bank wire transfer
Before proceeding with any payments, please ask our travel consultants to email you all the required information. All our rates are listed in USD.
Cancelation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your tour, you have to email us your cancellation request at sales@moroccoquest.com. Cancelation fees will be calculated based on your request date:
Note: We do not refund money for unused services (such as unused hotel rooms, flight tickets, train tickets, etc.) due to your late arrival or any other circumstances.
Itinerary Amendments
Any itinerary changes like the departure date, the destination, hotels, or others may cause extra charges to be paid by the client. All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Travel Documents
You are required to bring a valid passport for a period of at least 6 months as well as the necessary visas if applicable. You are responsible for the accuracy of your travel documents. Morocco Quest cannot be held responsible for this. We highly advise you to communicate your full name (as on the passport) to our travel consultants; otherwise, we are not responsible for any kind of failures in this respect.
Medical Issues
It is your duty to keep us informed about any physical, emotional, or mental disorder of any kind as this may require extra arrangements from our side. It is mandatory for disabled persons to provide their own collapsible wheelchair or other equipment throughout the whole journey.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all travelers to have a valid travel insurance before you go. Make sure to subscribe to proper insurances that cover a large range of unforeseen losses and damages such as missing flights, lost baggage, as well as medical fees.
Complaints and Claims
For any complaints, kindly keep us posted at sales@moroccoquest.com. We will do all the necessary to satisfy your needs and will get back to you promptly.
